Student Food Discounts Around Concordia
Your Concordia student ID can get you discounts at restaurants, cafés, bakeries and grocery stores around Montreal. We’ve gathered some of the best food deals available to Concordia students below.

Bulk Barn 15% off Wednesdays
Students get 15% off regular-priced products every Wednesday with valid high school, college or university ID. Gift cards are excluded and additional restrictions may apply during some promotions.

Super C 10% off Monday–Wednesday
Students get 10% off purchases of $40 or more, Monday through Wednesday, at participating Quebec stores.
You must present a valid student ID and Moi card. The $40 minimum is calculated before taxes and deposits, and the offer is for in-store purchases only. Some products are excluded.
Metro 10% off at participating locations
Metro offers a 10% student discount at participating locations on designated student discount days. The participating location and day can vary, so check your store before shopping.

Concordia students are automatically members through the organization’s refundable fee levy. Community members can purchase annual membership on a $0–$100 sliding scale.

FREE Meals at Concordia

The Weekday Meal-Prep Program Is Back
Subscribe to cheap, hot lunches to-go, prepared by PERFORM’s registered dietitian. The program is now expanded to 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Available for October, and November sign-ups.
$10 – $20 per meal, plus tax.
FREE Community Fridges & Pantries
There are currently 3 campus fridges and pantries at Concordia. These spaces are open to community members, although priority is student access. Participants are invited to take 1-2 max per item, in consideration of the next students in need.

Several campus organizations offer grocery support for students and the campus community. These programs are first-come, first-served and take place at set times throughout the year.
Honey’s Grocery Give-away
Who can access this service?
This service is open to students only, and a student ID is required.
Where is the pick-up spot?
Honey’s Free Food Program, 7141 Sherbrooke West, SC Building, 2nd floor.
When is the pick-up?
This service runs on Wednesdays 4-5pm during the school year (September – April) and updates will be announced on their website and social media.
People’s Potato Emergency Food Baskets
Who can access this service?
The service is open to everyone, with no registration necessary. Everyone must bring their own bags.
Where is the pick-up spot?
The Peoples’ Potato Kitchen on the 7th floor of the Hall building, 1455 Maisonneuve West.
When is the pick-up?
Specific dates will be announced on the Peoples’ Potato social media. Frequently on Thursdays or on Fridays, at 2:30pm.
Spots are limited so first come, first serve! Although the distribution of food bags begins 2:30pm, please take into account that there is a long line that forms beforehand.
