FREE Meals at Concordia
Several Concordia campus fee levy groups offer free / by-donation meals to fight student food insecurity. Check out these weekly and monthly free meal programs, open to all.
The People’s Potato Free Lunches
Serving Times: Monday – Thursday, 12:30 – 1:30pm, During the school year (September-April)

Serving Times:
Breakfast – Weekdays, 9:30–10:30 AM Second servings at 10:15 AM (while quantities last)
Lunch – Weekdays, 12:30–1:30 PM Second servings at 1:15 PM (while quantities last)
Dinner – Monday-Wednesday, 5:00–6:00 PM Second servings at 5:45 PM (while quantities last), During the school year (September-April)

There are currently 3 campus fridges and pantries at Concordia. These spaces are open to community members, although priority is student access. Participants are invited to take 1-2 max per item, in consideration of the next students in need.

FREE Groceries
Several campus organizations offer grocery support for students and the campus community. These programs are first-come, first-served and take place at set times throughout the year.
Honey’s Grocery Give-away
Who can access this service?
This service is open to students only, and a student ID is required.
Where is the pick-up spot?
Honey’s Free Food Program, 7141 Sherbrooke West, SC Building, 2nd floor.
When is the pick-up?
This service runs on set dates during the school year (September – April) and will be announced on their website and social media.
People’s Potato Emergency Food Baskets
Who can access this service?
The service is open to everyone, with no registration necessary. Everyone must bring their own bags.
Where is the pick-up spot?
The Peoples’ Potato Kitchen on the 7th floor of the Hall building, 1455 Maisonneuve West.
When is the pick-up?
Specific dates will be announced on the Peoples’ Potato social media. Frequently on Thursdays or on Fridays, at 2:30pm.
Spots are limited so first come, first serve! Although the distribution of food bags begins 2:30pm, please take into account that there is a long line that forms beforehand.
