How can we create alternative ways of working and living together within systems that encourage division and disengagement?

Join SHIFT’s Lunch & Learn on November 3rd, Living Our Values: Experiments in Care and Cooperation, featuring Millie Tresierra, Lena Andres, and Eli Scheiner.

Through examples from Food Cooperative CultivAction, Indigenous Support Workers Project (ISWP), and Community Healing Days, this conversation will explore how collectives are putting care, cooperation, and shared values into practice to imagine new possibilities for our communities.

The event will highlight concrete examples of collectives that are creating spaces and approaches for new possibilities and experimentation, discussing how we can widen the realm of what’s possible when we come together to create different futures.

Together, we’ll reflect on how we can build and sustain spaces rooted in care and cooperation.
