Birgit Hoinle, PhD, Postdoc Researcher at the Department of Societal Transition & Agriculture at the University of Hohenheim and Visiting Scholar of the CSFS at Toronto Metropolitan University will present insights into a comparative analysis of school food management models in France and Germany, with some spotlights into the case of Italy.
