We are excited to announce that fall registration is open once again for our curriculum series – Fundamentals of the Solidarity Economy! This is an 8-week hands-on learning program featuring an incredible lineup of social-solidarity economy activists, organizers, academics, and entrepreneurs that will introduce you to the solidarity economy movement—and help you find your place in it.
— UPDATE – with over 60 people registered so far, the in-person slots are filling up fast! Please note that in-person space will be prioritized for Concordia students, but we will do our best to accommodate! —
DETAILS:
-The curriculum will run Thursday evenings, 6:00-9:00 PM from September 21st – November 16th (with a reading-week break on October 26th)
-The classes will take place in the SCPA basement (2149 Mackay)
-Registration is $20, but free for Concordia undergraduates
-All sessions will be hybrid format (online & in person), with the in-person classes reserved for the pre-registered cohort, and the online sessions open to the public.
-Food will be provided before each session
