 ial interactions serve up a bottomless source of inspiration for artists. 
 “FOODWAYS” presents a selection of artists exploring food and food cul
 tures through questions of cultural identity\, personal narratives\, commu
 nity\, and the transmission of knowledge. These layered artworks\, often i
 ntersectional and embodied in nature\, highlight how ethnicity\, culture\,
  kinship\, socio-economic status\, geography\, and colonialist histories p
 ercolate through practices linked to food and food culture.\n\nThe exhibit
 ion “FOODWAYS” was first presented by the Richmond Art Gallery in 2024
 .
