Happy Black History Month! 🤎
On the 22nd of February, we are hosting an all-day BHM event for intergenerational healing and knowledge exchange at Le Frigo Vert. Among other things, there will be a wisdom circle for intergenerational knowledge exchange – to which we’ve invited elders from the community who have had an impact on us to share their experiences, a lunch, and to close off the day we will be lead in a wellness hour activity. A more detailed program will be released closer to the date. It’ll be a beautiful Saturday of warmth, connection, good food, and good vibes, so please join usss 🌺☀️💜
